About the Owner

South African born Jen Glago always had a passion for animals. She has cared for many exotic animals from her first dog Rex, the Alsatian,  Simba the kitty, to her monkey, Herbie, and her African Grey parrot, Tutu.  Jen earned her BS in Biology, after which she spent many years working behind a desk and in a laboratory.  Seventeen years ago she decided to do what she loves - and The PetSitter was born. She now lives in Cleveland Heights with her housemate, Chuck, son Harley, two dogs and 2 cats

Jen is a Certified Raw Dog Food Specialist and professional pet sitter.
